Day 176-Tuesday randoms

This is my view twice a week

I am!!
I wish I could get in the pool with the kids!

I may or may not have been a little grump/emotional this weekend because I hate when the work week starts..seriously we dont see each other til Friday.. and thats usually for a few hours.. Finally Saturday we get to spend time together with our jam packed weekends

I was sad that I dont get to see him .. visit with him.. talk with him besides a text or phone call

He was texting me earlier telling me that he was working in Brigham today

I told him that I missed meeting him for lunch after swim lessons like we used to do last year when he worked for the city

Kennedy and I came home, changed her clothes, she ate and we went to Walmart

We had only been there a few minutes when I got a call on my phone from Chris

He said he was at home eating lunch

AT OUR HOUSE

I hurried and paid for what was in my cart and we headed home

It was so nice to get to spend a few more minutes with him and actually see him

I mean it was super romantic

He took off his shoes, ate some chinese food, relaxed in his recliner and told me about how work was going..

But just that in itself was so nice!!

Day 175- Monday BLA!

Monday started a new group of swim lessons

Kennedy does NOT have her same teacher as before and isnt very happy about it

She kept telling me "mom Im so nervous! I want Miss Sidnee back!"

She was practicing her arrow arms waiting for it to be her turn

New kids, new teacher.. its a rough Monday!

And to top it off I was SICK

Id been exhausted and grumpy all weekend no matter how much I slept it didnt get better

By the afternoon I just slept all day long and couldnt eat anything. It all sounded nasty

Chris brought home some Chinese food for dinner and I nibbled on some of it

I went with him to mow lawns since I felt a little better and figured some fresh air would be good

Told him I'd just wait in the truck though

While was mowing Derek called and needed help putting the cage on the Razor

So we headed out to Bear River to their house

I finally felt better

Food agreed with my tummy and my fever was gone!

Us girls hung out inside

While the boys worked outside on the bike

They got it all put together pretty fast

We went out to see how it looked and had to test the kids out in there

She was so full of it!

I look at this picture and cant help but wonder when Kennedys legs got so long!??!

We figured we better go around the block to just make sure everything was good

Kennedy and Rylee sat in the back giggling and laughing the whole time

Rylee kept putting her feet in the air so the wind would blow on them

When we got back the boys decided they needed to try out the seat to see if they could fit too

Day 174- Danes Bday BBQ

Sunday we had a BBQ at Grandma Gigis and Grandpa Dougs for Danes birthday

He is the oldest son in law and is 24 ha!

He grilled burgers and brats

We had potato salad and dips, then some yummy cake and ice cream for dessert

Uncle Kyle was helping Kennedy get some food

We always tease Dane and Kyle about how much they look alike.. (minus kyles now shaggy hair and goatee) They have been friends for a LONG time and everyone always thought they were brothers

I think its funny the twins are dating/married to guys who look the same!
