200-Stupid bees

Sweet peanut coudlnt stay awake in the car after a hard day playing with Grandma and Kini Bean

Grandma Chris had them rocking the side ponys

Kennedy was playing in the dog kennel at Grandpa Todds house.. where she has been told 1200 times NOT to play in

She was stung by TWO honey bees

One on the hand and one on the thigh

She has never been stung by an actual bee before but seemed to react less to those than a wasp!

I checked for stingers and they were clear, put some ice on there and tried to make her take a benadryl in a pill.. I swear you cannot teach a child to take a pill.. she was bawling and choking on the water as she refused to swallow it.. it was rough.. she was already tired and emotional to start with

Grandpa made her a special mud mixture and she actually had no swellings with the stings

So we cuddled on the couch for a while and watched some Swamp People while Grandpa and Chris napped

Prior to all the bee stinging we took our first load of stuff to the new house woo woo!

Mom and Dad came down and helped us unload

We also had the house sprayed for bugs

I know our new neighbors to the west.. I actually used to baby sit a few of her kids when I was little

We pulled in the driveway and started to unload some things

She was out front and came running over

"is it you guys!??! Are you the ones moving in??" 

We told her yes

She said buying or renting?

We told her buying and she started doing the happy dance jumping up and down and gave me a big hug ha!

I think our neighbors like us :)

She has 6 kids 3 boys and 3 girls

AND her son and husband are very interested in archery and have a marked yardage set up in the backyard :)

It took a whole 3 minutes before she invited Kennedy over to the backyard to jump on the trampoline with her daughter

Kennedy came back 5 minutes later with a popsicle to see if she could get wet in the sprinkler with the little girl while we unloaded the trailer.. ya I think this new place might work :)
