Sunday morning Chris and Todd went out duck hunting while I was at work. They made sure to keep me
apprised of all the fun they were having with pictures
Todd shot a duck with his new gun.. hes been waiting to take it out and go shoot it. Tank retrieved it. This was his first duck experience and he learned very quickly and very well what to do. He did awesome for only being 3 months old!
After work that night my Mom and Dad hosted Sunday Dinner. They had a house full!!!!
Me, Chris, Kennedy, Todd, Jana, Elysha, Dane, Parker, Macee, Liz, Kyle, Kinlie, Shaffer (Kyles friend whose now newly adopted by the family) Phil, Zack, Jenica (my dads new secretary/assitant for the FM job) her boyfriend Carl, Roy and Kathy! See a house FULL! Good thing my Dad likes to cook for an army! And for him being solely a white boy..he can cook some amazing Mexican food!
He made 3 pans of chili rellenos , 4 pans of cream cheese chicken enchiladas, a huge pot of cilantro green chili rice, and a huge pot full of chili verde. Everyone was sent home with leftovers for the next day!
Kathy brought her infamous Better than Sex Cake and Phil made delicious peanut butter rice krispies topped with chocolate. Oh and there were margaritas for those who wanted them to complete the Mexican theme.
He also had his triple crock pot going with red sauce, green sauce and refried beans
The food was amazing. The company was even better. I love Sundays!!!
