The first week in Oct Kennedy had an opportunity to go to Las Vegas with her 'other' grandparents. Taylor's parents Grandma Tammy and Pops asked us if they could take K to Vegas with them for a vacation. They go about every other month. We were a little nervous but said sure. We knew how much fun she would have, we just weren't sure how she would do being so far away. She spent the night Wednesday night and they left early Thursday morning.. not after first having breakfast with Tammys step dad. Kennedy loves to go to breakfast with him when she gets the chance.
She was set for the car.. Taylor helped her pick out a bunch of movies the night before and she stayed pretty entertained on the drive.
Grandma even made Kennedy her favorite Nutella sandwhiches.
She was worried about leaving her "home state" but was super excited to cross into Arizona.

Taylor came over every night so I could Facetime K off his phone. She showed me the hotel room, the car, the parking garage, showed me what they were passing out the window and about everything else.
They went out for Steak and Shake one night and Kennedy got their famous Nutella shakes
Tammy kept us pretty up to date between Facetime, texts and pictures. They went to Fremont street one night and let her watch the light show.
The biggest thing she absolutely could not wait for was to go to M&M world. Thats all she talked about and all she cared about. It made her little world to not only got but get a blanket and a Statue of Liberty dispenser from there.
Their hotel had a rooftop wading pool. She spent a full 2 days swimming on the rooftop
Their last night there was the truck races. Pops bought Kennedy her own pink earmuffs before they left so it wouldn't be too loud from her. This picture was titled "Dinner at the race track"
She got to stand at the window by where the drivers were. Jennifer Jo Cobb waved at her and took her picture through the glass
Kennedy had an absolute blast in Vegas! She is one lucky girl
