Friday after Kennedy got out of school we finished up some errands and left town. She was SO excited because she got a new 'coffee cup' for this trip. Its one she colored the paper on and wrote her own name on it. She was a little excited. She cuddled it the whole ride up there. She fell asleep on the way and we let her sleep in the truck. We got it all unpacked and everything put away.. a fire in the fire place.. and all before she woke up. We had to stop and buy her new snowboots on the way up there since the weather called for snow. She had to keep them near her too.
No matter how many times I see it I still love the view right out the door!
Miss Peanut woke up.. as you can tell she still has her 'coffee cup' in tow.
Chris took an old table that had fallen apart and started a fire. Cleaned up a bunch of the older garbage around the cabin while we waited for his dad and brother to get there
Kennedy found a little bit of snow on a pallet and next thing I knew I was getting hit with snowballs!
Sassy pants was hitting me with snowballs and slipped right off the pallet. I was laughing so hard at her. She didnt get hurt and caught herself
The guys cut up some of the fallen trees and brought over wood
