Weve done some duck and goose hunting

 Bailey, Bridger and Madison came into town for the weekend. Everyone was over at Aunt Kathys. We went over one night to visit

They are the cutest couple ever! Parry is such a sweetheart and so good for Bailey!

We also got out first snow finally woo woo!!

 and I bought a new Jeep. I needed 4 wheel drive. I took it out playing in the snow and love it!

 Kennedys sisters took her to go the Ogden Christmas Parade and lighting of Christmas Village. She had a blast and got to see Santa!

Antelope Hunt

Dad and I have two doe antelope tags for out west. One Sunday Mom, Kennedy, Chris, Dad and I loaded up the truck and headed out to search for antelope. We saw a bunch when we first started out but we were iffy if they were on private land or not so we passed. We had maps out and everything but couldnt confidently say they were on public land, and we had them at 150 yards standing starring at us!

We saw a bunch of coyotes, several herds of antelope. They were soooooo skitish. We had two herds we were able to sneak up 700 yards on but that was it.  We did see a good buck.

 The views were awesome. We spotted antelope on one spot and hunters sneaking towards them  (after we were already there) so we kept going and went to where if they shot they would push the antelope too. We waited for a while and they never came. So we went back out the road we came on and around the other side

 and of course once we got to the top of a miserable trail there were the antelop where we had just left an hour and a half ago. We have no idea how they snuck around.

We didnt bring home any antelope but we had fun!

Forcible Entry Class

Chris, Taylor, Todd and I took a Forcible Entry class put on by UFRA. It was a super cool class! We learned so much. I loved it! But I know you all dont care about that so heres some pictures of us breaking into things

And of course the night of the Be a Girl Shoot was the Ducks Unlimited Banquet.

The dinner was amazing

 Kennedy won a GreenWing backpack with a travel bag. She was so excited.

and so did Tammy but we didnt get a picture of her with her gun. It was a good night. There were twice as many people as normal!

Be a Girl Shoot

This year our annual Be a Girl Shoot was a huge sucess! We had SO many particpants. We raised $4,500 to donate!!

 We had a Taiwaneese archery do demonstrations several times through out they day on an ancient Mongolian archery technique over 600 years old. He hand made all these bows as well.
