Bikes, water and birthdays!

Weve been doing a lot of bike riding lately

 The pups have been swimming a lot and retrieving

 Rue loves to swim. Ive never seen a dog that swims just for fun like her! She gets excited the further you throw the dummy. 

 We had a big dust storm come in!

 This peanut has finished 3rd grade!

We got our first hoagies ice cream of the year

 I may have had a birthday

 and so did Grandma Kathy

Building a playground-Part 2

Weve pretty much finished the playground assembly part. We still need to add curbing and bark.. and are waiting for a few more parts. But its almost done!

 This is the base for a spinner wheel. 

 We left our mark. It will be covered but we will know its there :)

Color Run

Crystal (one of Kennedys bfffs moms) said that she was doing the Cache Valley Color Vibe Color Run with her girls and we should join them. I have been working on running and getting Kennedy to be healthier so I figured it was a great opportunity! We signed us up and attended our first 5k. She was SOOOO EXCITED. Not only that it was a color run but that Ashlynn would be there too! We met Saturday morning and got our packets. They had a dj playing music and warm up zumba. The girls loved it.

 Kennedy didnt stay clean long ha! We had 2 girl fire fighters (me and Rilee) on our team and Crystal is a cop so we made a team "pigs on fire" for fun and had t shirts made. The fire sides letters are red.. the cops sides letters are blue

 The girls pretty much went through all their color before it even started

 I put my phone in a ziplock bag to keep the color out so a lot of my pictures have a haze around them but they still turned out pretty good.

 They did 3 different starts. We were in the last one since we had 4 kids with us! We knew we really wouldnt be doing a lot of running.  This is the first start.

 We tried to run as much as we could but there were so many people and congested parts.  We probably ran half of it!
