Sickies

On the one day Kennedy and I ventured out during Hell Week we had to go get some more medicine and supplies to survive

It started snowing!!!!

Zack had the same sickness also which was funny cause we hadnt even seen eachother 

When we both felt like we might live it was movie night

We were so sick of being inside and sleeping and being bored

He came over and we watched movies

Complained about our illnesses

I made soup for dinner

Kennedy was a little excited to see Zack and she took ever last ounce of energy he had haha

She kept wanting to touch the ceiling and fly around

He headed home and it was a blizzard outside!

What the heck!

SICK SICK SICK

We have had that horrible miserable kick your ass cold at our house

Oh my gosh I havent been so sick in a long time

Then of course I got it

Im pretty sure kids should be used in biological warefare

They get it, we take care of them and get it worse

We have been down for over a week with it

Fever, Body chills, Cough, Congestion

This pretty much is how we spent an entire week

I am finally back to work and Kennedy is over the most part of it

I hope none of you catch it because it drains every cell in your body!!

I was already taking my vitamins and everything before hand and overdosing on them during

MISERABLE is the only word

Twins Bday

Happy birthday to my shitsters!

March 15th they turned 22

It was pretty low key this year

Each did things on seperate days and I was sick and had to work so we didnt get to see them

But happy b day!

Parker wanted to make Elysha a cake for her bday

She sent me a bunch of pictures of the event

Hes so cute!

Movie and Motorcycle Ride

Saturday after I got off work I went and met Zack for the late movie to see Act of Valor

It was a pretty good movie!

It was neat to see some of the cool stuff they get to do

Definitely worth going to see

Sunday morning went for a ride with the Blue Knights/OPD officers

They are nice enough to invite me and let me go with them

The weather was great!!

We all met in the parking lot of OPD and headed up 84

Took the frontage road into Morgan and went to The Post for lunch

There were a bunch of bikes when we got there but by the time we left the place was packed!

Had some burgers and fries and just hung out

It was kind of funny because the place was packed with different biker 'groups'

all rough and tattooed and a few sporting some colors

and our group totally fit in hahaha

No one would have guessed our group was full of cops

Of course my bestie Kandace was there!

I just love this girl!!

After that we headed up over Trappers Loop, into the upper valley, around Pineview, down the divide and to Chad and Kandace's

There were about 15 of us!

It was a good ride 

The weather was great

Only time it got a little cold was on top of the divide

There was still a lot of snow all over

It was nice to get the bike out for the first time this year!

Cant wait for some more

29 years!!!

A long time ago this band girl moved to Utah

She met this boy whose tires were too big on his truck

They hated each other to start with

But soon they realized they actually loved each other!

So they decided to get married

Two years later they had one daughter

Then five years later twins

And now they have made it married 29 years together

Through the ups and downs

Kids, grand kids, jobs and life!

Happy Anniversary tomorrow Mom and Dad!!

3-11 One year of learning

One thing Ive learned each day is a new day

A new time to start over

A new opportunity

Yesterday is the past

We cant change it

We cant undo

We cant take away the pain or the hurt or fix what we've done

That was yesterday

Not today

Each day we are given a chance to start over

Our attitude decides our day

Dwelling on what happened yesterday, or last week, or last month, or five years ago doesn't do anyone any good at all

We cant fix it

We cant control others

We cant control their actions

So if we cant change these things why spend time worrying about them???

We can reflect

Take it as a learning experience

And we get to start over the next day and improve

We need to let go of the bad

Cant let it weigh you down

Ive learned to hold onto good things in life

Life is too short

Too much can happen

Don't spend time waiting

If something good comes into your life hang onto it

Seize the opportunity

Don't turn it away if its what you really want

There is no place for fear

Fear makes us question ourselves

Our choices

It makes us second guess

We know what we want out of things in our life but fear makes us hold back

Fear makes us feel inadequate

We are NOT

Ive learned that the best way to get through things or to heal is to use the people around you in life that want to help

We cant do it on our own no matter how much we think we can

We need people in our lives

We need to love and be loved

To give and receive

We are given people in our lives to help us

To heal us

Use them

Spend less time focusing on the negative or things that are out of our control

Spend more time counting your blessings

If you want to see the negative you will find it in anything

I'd rather spend my time looking at the positive.

Loving

Learning

Laughing

Giving

Don't be afraid to take chances in life

We weren't made to stand still

As of lately

I chopped 5 inches off my hair and it still seems so long!

Kennedy and I have just been hanging out

We moved to a new place in Perry after I got home from lava

the place we were before was great but just getting kind of small for us

We went to walmart after I picked her up from work one night

She was wearing her Rapunzel dress and told me she had changed her name to Rapunzel

Kennedy has been having fun playing at Grandmas

There alwasys seems to be someone to play with

I dropped her off the other day and Kinlie, Tyson and Parker were all there playing

Kennedy and I went to the movies to see the Lorax the other day

She had a blast and liked the movie

It was pretty cute

Annual Girls Lava Trip

Oh Lava how we missed you

We took our annual trip to the quiet little town of Lava

The car ride there consisted of eating 6 layer dip, cookie and Doritos

And of course Haileys picture skills

We checked into our room and headed to the store!

After getting some supplies we headed to the pool!

After the pool we went for our traditional pizza!

and square ice cream!

Mardee totally photo bombed us and it worked perfectly!

We went back to eat more junk and chocolate and pick on Hailey some

And off to the pool again!

Our girls Lava trip is the best!

We can only do one night because we eat so much junk lol

The trip home was corn dogs and donuts

Its so nice to get away for a minute!

I got a new phone the other day

It has the option to have the reverse camera so you can see yourself taking the picture

Kennedy and I were laying in bed and it was kind of dark so the pictures are grainy but she was having a blast taking pictures

She was laughing and cracking herself up so hard
