Tuesday is Chris and I's long day at work. We both have to work 12s. That night also is the same night we have fire drill. This week happened to be the Open House. It was from 6-8 so we got there a little late. By the time we arrived the place was packed! This was one of the best turn outs for Willard I have ever seen!
There were tunnels to crawl through
John was handing out bags to fill with goodies
Russell was teaching about fire extinguishers
Todd and Taylor were helping kids put out fire aka candles with wildland packs
Wyatt helped hand out pop corn. We had cookies and drinks
Chris went over ropes and rope rescue
Bailey and I had fire alarm and carbon monoxide alarm safety
We had a slide show playing of fires, calls and trainings weve had to help give everyone an idea of the broad scope of things we do. We also had a table set up about poison control.
It was a really good turn out. Everyone seemed to have a great time!
