Lums Funeral

Last Saturday was a busy day! I took my National AEMT practical test in the morning (and passed woo woo! Now just the written to go) and when I got back from that we had to get ready for a funeral. A guy from Willard passed away. He was one of the original charter members of the fire dept. We went and set up at the entrance of the cemetery. We had it lined with fire trucks and then a flag hanging at the top.

We set up the missing man formation

 Kennedy, Todd, Me and Chris
We saluted when the family and casket went by. Then stood for the procession which was led by our fire truck. Then we walked up and saluted while they unloaded him and did his military honors. Then we had the last call go out.
I think it turned out really well!
