I had plans to hike Cooks Canyon and stopped to see if my mom wanted to go (since I was starting from her house). We hiked up the hill and started our adventure. Rue and Grizz came with us. They were hot by the time we got up on the bench. I brought them some water.
We hiked to Cooks Canyon and I wanted to hike up it and see what was there. Mom wanted to wait at the bottom
The entire thing is just solid rock. One day I will go ALL the way up it
There was a little spring run off but not much

It was just under 2 miles and we climbed over 1100 feet in elevation. It was a nice little jaunt
