This is what today looked like
The bad thing about weather like that is it makes me cook and bake!
I cant help it
When the weather gets cold thats all I want to do!!!
So I made some sweet jalapeno chicken in the crock pot
and turned it into enchiladas
They are fabulous!
Different than anything you've ever eaten
And some chocolate chip carrot cupcakes with cream cheese frosting
I spent the whole day cooking and cleaning and doing dishes and laundry
We had the radio going
Kennedy was playing in the living room and helping me
Martina McBrides new song "Im gonna love you through it" came on
Kennedy looked at me and said "Mom Im gonna love you through everything!"
Dang kid has no idea how right she is!
