Sunday morning we WERE going to go duck hunting but once again Kennedys vomiting the night before kept us home. Which really was ok because we had a late night Saturday. We slept in. Cleaned up our hunting mess. Cleaned the house. Caught up on laundry from the weekend. Chris worked on some things outside and then we had to run into town. We needed to get a dog house from Elysha she was getting rid of. Today was the long awaited day for Kennedy when Bailey came home. We visited with Miss Moo. Her little belly was so round and big. She just wanted to love and snuggle with her pot belly and comb over. I loved it!
Felony had to visit Chris and see what he was doing on his phone
Then Macee got jealous and had to go sit on Chris's lap and see what he was doing
We went back and visited with Todd and Jana for a little bit and then took Bailey home. Miss K was so ecstatic. She has been wanting Bailey to come live with us for a long time... but we couldnt have pets before and then needed to get the place ready for her now. Finally the kennel was ready and we would be home for a weekend so we could keep an eye on her. You cant tell but Kennedy is under Bailey
When we got her home Kennedy played outside with her for hours, Bailey is a really good kid dog. She is only 2 1/2 but she sticks around and plays so well with Kennedy. I think we've lost our minds.. in less than a week we've 'acquired' two dogs at our house ha!
That night we were back at Todd and Janas for Sunday dinner. Phil made amazing blondie brownies. I love his desserts. Dinner was SO GOOD and the dessert was amazing too. Cant beat that!
