Fiesta!

Liz always talked to Nic about all the good Mexican food my dad cooked while he was South Korea.
Nic has been waiting to try the variety so my dad did a big fiesta and invited all the family to come up!

Liz, Grandma Barton, Grandpa Barton, Uncle Danny, Mom, Bailey (cousin) and Kathy
      
Limes, fresh salsa, mango salsa and black bean salsa

Fried catfish for fish tacos (and the fixins), sweet pulled pork, fresh cilantro, homemade tamales
 Sour cream chicken enchiladas, beef enchiladas, black beans and Mexican rice and a special red sauce
2 more pans of each enchiladas

The company was wonderful!

Looks like you and cute Miss K had a terrific Pioneer Day weekend! The Mexican food is making me drool, it's my fav and looks delish!
