A few days ago we went to pick some fresh peaches
Hence the 1200 peach cream cheese pies Ive made since then
We also got a bunch of peppers from Todd and Jana
Cant wait to make salsa this week!!
I took a bunch of them and made a bag of slices and a bag of big dices to put in the freezer to keep throughout the year
AND then I made some peach jalapeno jelly
Tomorrow is jam
I love love love fresh veggies and fruit
I love to can them and have them all year

Oh, that looks delicious! Fresh fruit and veggies is the best. Especially when you get to enjoy them all over again during the winter.
