241- Girls day

Lysha Lou and I went to lunch Thursday afternoon for a girls day while the kiddos were in school
Miss Macee came to join us only she slept the WHOLE TIME
Macee is one month already! Man time flies! And cute little Elysha has already lost all her baby weight and is looking FABULOUS for just giving birth a month ago!
We ate at Old Grist Mill
Its our favorite place and pretty much the only place we could go to lunch when Elysha was prego that didnt make her puke.. so its kind of a tradition

After that we did some shopping. I needed more school clothes and shoes for Kennedy
This dang child has grown almost 3 shoe sizes since this summer and has outgrown all her pants in length too!
I had been searching for some sandals for Kennedy for months and havent been able to find what I want. Found them finally at Payless and they were half off woo woo!
Then we went to walmart and ended at The Peach Tree boutique in Brigham. I was so surprised at their prices there! They were actually REALLY reasonable!
We got Macee this adorable 3-6 month shoes for $5.. they 0-3 were way too small!
Chris has been grounded all this week starting on Wednesday ..aka on call for Brigham fire dept so he's been living at his dads house. We see him long enough for dinner and then hes gone. I try to have dinner ready by the time he gets home from work to give us a few more minutes. I tried a new recipe for chicken stuffed shells. I boiled chicken breasts and shredded them. Mixed in garlic, pepper, oregano, shredded Parmesan cheese, some cottage cheese (I forgot ricotta) and shredded spinach. Stirred it together and put in al dente jumbo pasta shells
I had a 3 cheese spaghetti sauce simmering on the stove and added a bunch of Italian seasoning and parmesean cheese and then poured over the top and baked in the oven for 30 minutes
It actually turned out really good!
Chris headed off to his dads and we went for a walk
Its important to stay hydrated
