Fatties, Moving Zack, Lunch with Miss K and flowers

The fatties are getting huge. They go into a feeding frenzy every time you feed them even if there is food left in the feeder still. Its like being swarmed. This one jumped on top of the feeder to try and hog the food. We think they are about 8 weeks so only 2 more to go!

Kennedy and I had to help Zack move on Wednesday. He sold his sister his house and bought a different house right next to Zeb. So he only moved like 4 blocks. While we were waiting for him to show up at his house from the new house K and I were swinging. She kept telling me she was scared because I was gonna break the swing. Sweet little child...

Just as we finished the last load of the night a huge storm rolled in. We had a tornado warning for western Box Elder county even. The skies turned dark and started POURING rain.
We did get a nice double rainbow though. I was only able to get a picture of one part of it not the second rainbow
This Thursday I actually didnt work overtime. Mom and I ran a bunch of errands and went to lunch at Kneaders. I have eaten their food but never inside. The food was fabulous! We got turkey bacon avocado sandwiches on focaccia with added cranberry. Mom got the burnt almond cheesecake..which was pretty much chocolate and I got the key lime tart. I couldnt breathe afterwards I ate way too much!
We got another thunderstorm on Thursday afternoon too. The skies have been getting so black lately.
Our girls are happy layers lately! Theyve been loving being out in the grass as much as possible
Kennedy has been begging us to come to lunch lately and this is the last Friday of the week we will be able to before school is out. It also happened to be career day so the place was full of other parents eating with their kids. I was actually really surprised at the quality of food! It was so strange going back to the same lunchroom that I ate in from 1st to 5th grade!
We squeezed our long ass legs and adult bodies into the tiny fold up tables that the kids eat at. A lot of the kids were scared to come sit by Chris. Finally some boys decided he wasnt too bad and sat next to him. They talked about the food and their days. It was hilarious. Kennedy was beyond excited that we showed up
Friday I also decided it was time to finally get some flowers for the front beds. I planted a big bag of wildflower seeds in the beds earlier but they didnt grow at all. So I caved and raked it all up and planted new flowers.

Saturday morning I volunteered to set up a study session for a few people who were getting ready to take their EMT practical test. They had less than a stellar class and really weren't taught a lot of the basics they need to do their state practical. We spent 2 1/2 hours going over it. Taylor came about half way through and helped me finish up so we could do more assessments at once. Kennedy was a patient for us.

Tricia (one of the ladies and the same one who was in the extrication class with me) brought me a belated birthday/ thank you present. Hunting cupcakes and beer haha. She is so sweet!
Saturday was SO stinking hot. Kennedy set up the sprinkler at Grandma and Grandpas and spent hours between there and the hot tub.
