Day 193-Big Secret reveal

So Chris, Kennedy and I have a little secret we are ready to reveal

We've kind of held off on it because its not 100% official still.. but it really is pretty much ha!

I know that doesn't make much sense but it will be totally solid in the next day or two so that's close enough and besides we are pretty excited!

We bought a house!!

Yep!

We did it!

We are so super excited

Chris cant wait to have a yard to work in

Its a cute little house in WILLARD

Its so funny because that is where HE wants to live!

I was good with anywhere and HE picked that :)
We will hopefully have all the paperwork finished this week and they told us we can start moving stuff in 

We found the place the beginning of July and have been in some negotiations with the owners

They are doing a lease to own with us basically since I am still on my old house 

It will be our own place we can do what we want with.. decorate how we want.. finish the backyard how we want..

Kennedy already has plans for a big tree swing in the backyard and Ive got a few of my own :)

Its a cute little 3 bedroom house that was COMPLETELY remodeled 2 years ago

All new wiring, new appliances, granite counter tops, new carpet, new paint..

Central air will be in by the end of this month

Perfect starter home for this little family!
